another new development on the way on the site of the former Jurassic Fairfield Park. http://www.eplanning.ie/WicklowCC/AppFileRefDetails/18925/0 51 houses proposed though there are a number of objections. I was gobsmacked to see some of the Marina houses have sold for €1m, these won't be cheap either.
