Bathroom tradesman / supplier recommendation?

Hi, looking to upgrade bathroom in a house I bought earlier this year but on a tight budget - max about €2500. Don't need a full refit, tiles around bath are fine, but want new tub installed, new sink, new toilet. Plan to box in some pipes behind toiled and sink to get concealed cistern toilet. Will need the floor re tiled and some tiling around sink / toilet but not up to ceiling.

The thing is I want to buy my own items, down to tiles and taps and find someone to install? I prefer this from a budget point of view and I have quirky style and find a lot of showrooms beautiful but bland. Im having a hard time with this. So anyone have any recommendations of where to begin for quotes? I'm based in dublin 12.
