Where can I find a list of where Airbnb restrictions will apply

My parents own an apartment in Westport and we are wondering if the restrictions will apply there. We all use it at different times during year and rent out on Airbnb also to cover costs. Thanks

AFAIK all areas will still require planning permission. As for the 90 day limit I think it's the RPZ areas.
