I hope this is in the right place.

I have a family member who suffered a debilitating stroke recently. The long and the short of it is that he wont be returning home after his hospital time is finished and they've recommended we start looking for Nursing Home options for him.

He's lost most movement in his right arm and leg and seems to exist in the moment as it were with past and future events having little meaning for him.

We live in the Dún Laoghaire area and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a nursing home that has experience taking care of stroke patients? We'd prefer not to go too far afield but all options will have to be considered.
