Contract Change Notification from Provider

    Hi,

I recently received a text from my mobile provider (three) notifying me of a change to my contract.

Am I correct in my understanding that this enables to walk away from my contract?
If so, can I keep the handset?

I am in the contract over 6 months.

    Thanks

If it relates to EU roaming data allowance or any change that is required by law, then no exit allowed without penalty.
