    Hi,

How do I know if a bank transfer to a UK account is completed and the money is now in the target account?

On 365online, the transfer is down as a "completed transaction". Does this mean that the transfer is complete?

    thanks in advance.

    Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here. If your making the payment on 365online  and it is a SEPA transfer to the UK account it will take one working day before crediting the account providing the payment is made before the cut off point of 3.30pm on a banking day.If you made an international transfer it can take 3 to 5 business days before the money will reach the beneficiary account. Once it shows on your account this means that the transaction is completed by us but will not necessarily mean it has been received by the beneficiary bank

    Thanks, Jennifer.

    Thanks Jennifer,

It is an international transfer. So there is no way I can know when it is in the target account?

If you contact the beneficiary bank directly and advise of the timeframes provided above they can then confirm to you if the payment has been received into their account.

    Thanks Jen
