Separation Agreement and Primary Place of Residence

    Hi,
I'm about to sign a separation agreement and part of the wording says that the children will reside partly with my ex in the "primary place of residence." I'm worried that this phrase carries some significant legal weight that I'm not aware of. Using this phrase, could she come back looking for more money in the future?

Basically she gets the house till the youngest child is 18 or 23 if the child goes to college.

Depends on what childcare arrangements have been worked out. In my case, custody is exactly 50:50 and therefore there is no "primary place of residence". That doesn't stop my ex trying to get school reports etc sent to her house and not mine too:rolleyes:
