Cost of doing up 2 bed cottage

    Hi look for some help on doing up an old family 2 bed cottage , would any one know the cost ,
    It need a small new kitchen and bathroom, new floors , water to be check and turned on same with electrics , I’m getting all the windows and doors for 5k , the roof is grand , has not heating just 3 fireplaces so will prob look to get a wood burner , I will do all the gardening and painting as I’m a painter, the walls are grand
    If any one has done one up before or know the cost would be great , we won’t be looking to get a high end finish just to make it habitable for now then in a few years when we have more money do it up to a higher finish and get an extension

    Are the windows in?
    what is the wall construction?
    is there a dpc in the floor/walls?
    any sign of any lime in the walls?
    is there an existing sewage connection?

    Windows still to go in getting them in for 5k with front and back door , the old ones still in ,
    Walls and floors are grand ,
    The wall are lime stone walls witch where plaster 15 years ago
    Sewage is stepic tank that is working
