    Legally i know they're not obliged but can anyone advise if We&S will issue refunds for unwanted gifts? Unworn.

    Not being smart but just ask them. It would depend on the item and cost.

    Aside from the necro post... if you know that it depends on the item, how can anyone give you advice given you haven't told us what the item is?.

    I don't think so.
    I got a credit note before for a similar issue.
    Got many nice gifts off it over the past few years, so it came in handy.

    If you need the cash, you may need to sell it online.
