Fitting of a Bluetooth kit, Dublin

    Hi all,

I have a Parrot MKI9200 which was in my old car, and I had it removed before it was sent for destruction after being written off.

I've had it up to here with Halfords and their sending me round the houses to get it fitted into my new car.

The old car was an 06 Avensis and the new car is a 12 Avensis, they told me that the "harness is the same" in both models so I should have all I need to get it fitted.

Can anyone recommend someone to do this for me, preferably on the north side of Dublin. I'm extremely reluctant to go near a car's electronics myself.

    Cheers!

There's very little to it really, but you may need the correct keys to take the radio out.
I bought the same model for my Ford which had an older model that had been butchered in my the dealer without a harness and it still wasn't a huge pile of work to repair and fix. All you will need to be doing is fitting the harness between the radio and cabling, it'll be obvious where everything goes.

I'd really rather get someone who knows what they are doing, thanks. :)

I'm good at what I'm good at, and fitting after market electrics into cars is not one of them things. Believe me, I've (as you say) butchered car radios in the past.
