My Son wants a gaming PC for christmas, he is 12 and mostly plays fortnite bu t i assume this will change in the near future and i want to build a gaming PC that will play latest games at a good quality

Can I get opinions on this please. Would like it to look "cool" as well as perform well

Knocked a similar build up for a mate recently. Pretty great PC for under €800. All the parts are available from Amazon.co.uk as well with free delivery.

You can download windows 10 and use it free and legally. It will just have a small watermark in the bottom right of the desktop saying that it is not yet registered. You can do this anytime you like in the future or not at all.

512gb storage should do him for now. You can easily add more ssd's in future when he needs them. They are constantly getting cheaper. 512gb is the best value atm. You could add another 1tb in a years time for under €100.

Why that board? It's only got 2 ram slots and he's not overclocking.

Granted he will probably never need to upgrade to 32gb, it's still nice to have the option.

Newer chipset & good VRM cooling.
Also, no gaming machine will need more than 16Gb RAM for the foreseeable future.
