Yes it works as intended 100% , used it on a g18, g23 annd g34 ,i have a stronger spring in the retainer clasp. your glock need to have a void in back of the handle with a hole for the retaining pin. All we and TM work with it. G23 isn't quite big enough to lock the pin but with a 50rd mag in it ,its skirmishable
also meant to add its adjustable in length .
