cctv maintenance contract

    looking for some advice on supply of cctv maintenance contract,
    small scale registered cctv installer sole trader and have been asked to supply a quote for maintenance to a number of stores owned by one company
    based on calling to each store once/twice a year and checking all operation of cctv installs in each store,
    can anyone advise me on a fair rate I could charge for this

    Look at it this way.

    Cost of travel, time on site, what if there is a problem that you need to attend the site more than twice a year.
    Are you going to offer a full package or just the 2 annual visits.
    You need to cover yourself for all the above costs.
