    Step one - cleaning it

    This looks good
    https://brendid.com/ultimate-guide-to-cleaning-grout-and-tile/

    Step 2
Fixing any broken bits with new grout. Is it available in tubes?

    Step 3
Is grout "sealed" with something afterwards with something.
Its in a bathroom shower area and some of it is very off colour ...

    Thanks

Is the issue that the grout is cracked/broken, or that it's just really manky looking?

It’s mainly that the shower area is discolored. Rest of bathroom is ok

There is very minor grout repair needed and I’m tempted to use silicone for one loose tile that needs grout at the top. Water rolling in from it being proud

Hydrogen peroxide proving almost impossible to buy but can be ordered.
Baking soda + HP and dish soap being a highly recomended mix

Have you tried a hairdressers supply retail shop

You can buy Hydrogen Peroxide in chemists.

I have seen the same brand in different ones, can't recall the name but it's a brown bottle , white large label and blue writing.

id say it will hold it, but given the nature of silicon, the tile will move if pressed.

Whats wrong with using proper tile adheisive? It looks like you have already cleaned the area behind the tile of old grout...
If you are doing this give the wall a day or 2 to dry out.

You can buy tubs of adheisive which doubles as grout and I'm pretty sure you can get even smaller amounts in tubes (Ive definitely seen tubes of grout, just not sure if it was the grout that is adheisive too).
