I have the Hik Connect app on my phone (Android) for monitoring the system at the parents house.

All ok for the last while but now getting the following when I try to playback video alerts:

"Failed to search the video. Error code:380070"

Couldn't anything to match on Google.

I uninstalled & re-installed the app, no joy.

Both houses on fibre broadband so internet speed isn't an issue.

The system is 4 Hik vision 1080p cameras connected to HIK VIsion Turbo recorder.

    Any help welcome!

Here is a list of error codes and what they mean.
I dont use the cloud for this reason, find it very hit and miss most days.
I would recommend port forwarding the DVR.
