No DSL line for a week

    Hi,

    I have wasted hours ringing and trying eir's chat on website with no connection over the past week.

    My modem has had no DSL connection for the past week.
    The modem's page tells me that the DSL cable is not connected, however it has been checked and replaced multiple times.
    Factory reset has been preformed aswell to no avail.

    Hope to get this sorted asap thanks.
