Won my WRC case against my ex-employer but they went and appealed in on day 42 to the Labour Court. (Unfair Dismissal)

Naturally, I will still fight them and I received the Labour Court documents today.

I understand I have to submit a reply to the court and my ex-employer within three weeks, does anyone know what forms I need to fill in? I can only find the Appeals form but no reply submissions form.
