Water tank/baxi boiler question.

I have had some repair work done on my house and some things were switched off/on again, valves turned etc.

Cut a long story short I am not sure which setting is correct and my boiler is acting up with water pressure going above 2.5 eventually switching off and displaying 133 error, before that 118 for low water pressure, 117 for high etc.

I have attached a photo of my water and the valves. Not sure of these should all be open?

Photo of the current error and lasly below my boiler, yellow and black valves, again I am guessing these should be off? And not set to On?

    Any advise welcome. Thanks.

Firstly, E133 is due to no ignition, and from your 'under boiler' picture, I can see the gas is turned off to your boiler (yellow handle)
1/4 turn up, and reset the boiler to fire.

As for your pressure issue up and down, both black valves under the boiler (flow and return for the water) should also be turned on, to allow your central heating water to flow through your boiler.

Why were all theses turned off????

Thanks. We had a washing machine issue and it's also in the utility, so we had to move a cupboard that is under the boiler to make room to service the boiler and they were moved/hit off when moving stuff around . I had never touched them before so never new which way they should be.

All sorted now and back up and running and pressure looks back to normal. Thanks for the reply.
