Broadband gone again

    For the fifth time tonight my broadband has dropped.
    What is the story?
    This has been going on for the last two or three months now. It's dropping the tv signal now too.

    We can confirm that there was an intermittent issue last night and was fully resolved so sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Are you still experiencing issues last night or since you posted?

    Thanks for responding.
    Intermittent drops in the meantime.
    Very annoying

    The fact that your customer service department is non existent and that you insist on a tolled tech support number add insult to injury.

    You can also call our Tech support team on 1901 however it is not a direct line but you will not be charged for the call.

    Have been having the same issue since Monday. Was also an issue for a few weeks between September/October. Very annoying.
