Maybe someone here can tell me.

If you have a personal dash cam in a work vehicle is your employer entitled to demand seeing footage?
A complaint was issued against a staff member for road use & wondering if they are legally obliged to hand over the footage.

    Thanks

Well it's their camera so they can refuse to hand over footage, but to me that would make them a really difficult employee and would be career suicide.
