    This thread could sink or swim. But I think it'd be a good idea to have all Zigbee conversations, and products, in one place.

    So I'll start.

    Philips Hue and Amazon Echo Plus both have Zigbee. I thought that would mean there's no need for a Hue Hub, and the two devices would just get along swimmingly...but apparently not.

    So what's Zigbee, and what's it for?
