    For short trips here and there you can get away with that, much like Dublin bikes. OP mentioned training, where a bike that's much too small might leave him bent out of shape over time. In my experience, putting on a longer stem and raised saddle full back will let you get away with one size too small, but personally I wouldn't be going much lower than that. That said, there is a lad that does the WW200 on a Dublin bike, but wouldn't be my idea of fun.

    Would you "train" on a Dublin Bike?

    it's possible for you...a 6'3" male to ride very small bike, but not recommended..
