Not posting a long story but just wondering if anyone here has started and completed a judicial separation process and what their experiences are.
How long did it take, was to effective and how can the terms be enforced...

I'm currently in the process of doing this. We had a mediated agreement that was then turned into a judicial agreement. It's currently waiting to go to court to get stamped by a judge.

    How was the process?
    Hard work? Expensive?
