Business cooling off period

    Hello. We opened a business account, but  couldn't get out of the Vodafone one without penalties, so we cancelled the eir account two business days later. We were still charged over 500 Euro. Any change of getting the fees reversed since we were unaware that there is no business cooling off period?

    Unfortunately, I would be unable to assist you with this. This is a standard procedure and would be out of my control.
