I have an Android phone, version 4.2.2. My bank has changed it's app. When I went to Google store it said the app is not compatible with my phone. Is there a way round this, other than changing my phone. Thanksgiving

That version dates back to February 11, 2013. Its had a good run. Time for a new phone.

Thanks for the replies. I bought my phone in 2015. Huawei y330. Cheap and easy to use. I don't use many apps, but the bank one is so handy.

Unfortunately, I don't think that phone ever moved past jellybean. You really should buy a new phone, you don't need to spend a fortune.

Alternatively, just use your bank's mobile site through your phone's browser.

I tried to do that, but it won't upload, it says it's not secure. The phone is grand apart from this one glitch. It's a nuisance having to get out the laptop to check my bank balance. The laptop is 7 years old and running very slowly on Windows 7. As you will notice, I'm not exactly up to date! Thanks everyone.
