    Hi all

Hope I've come to the right place,

I am looking to 3D print a small object. I have to design it somehow. It's basically the size of a goldball with a different shape. Basically a cycliner on top of a circle.

Would it be possible to make a CAD from a few pictures I.e top, side and underside and stitch them together digitally

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

Some pretty cool stuff on YouTube under search "make CAD from picture" or similar, still require software and involves "bit" of work, depending on how complex object is.

Try google sketchup - very intuitive, easy to use
I've designed many simple things, which I've subsequently 3d printed
I have no autocaD etc... background
