    Hi,

I am going to contract for the first time.

    I'm delighted!

AFAIK I need to set up a Limited company.
Do I need insurance? Anything else I need to do?

Any advice appreciated or if anyone could PM me the contact for an accountant who is good with this.

    Much appreciated!

You could look into a professional services company like "contractingplus".

They can make you a director of a company, do your vat, tax etc.

They it can be worth it and takes the hassle of doing all that yourself.

The company I mentioned are just one of many, Google to find others
