landline problem

    Is anyone else having an issue with their landline?

    There is a loud noise when I start dialling, it nearly blocks out the voice on the other end and they can;'t hear me at all.

    Hi Spon Farmer, 

    Apologies for the issues you are having. You could try a different handset to eliminate the handset as the issue, if the noise is still there you can report this to our faults team via 1901. They'll arrange for this to be resolved.
