And if the answer to that is yes, what average price should I expect and where to seek those services?

Apologies for the naive question :)

Why do you want to pay someone? What complexities do you have? Can Boards.ie readers help with your how to complete questions?

Yes you can. Any accountant can file your income tax return. But you need to allow their permissions prior to the return. Generally costs between 150 and 200 from my experience. However mine is joint assessment. Though they only file one return.

If you are registered for MyAccount with Revenue you can file an eForm 12 and the main employment / social welfare (if applicable) fields will be pre-populated with the data Revenue got from employers and DEASP. The eForm 12 may not cover all circumstances that there are out there but it covers most and once filed if there is a refund it's usually processed pretty quick.

Another option is pay for one year to be done, get a good understanding of your taxes and the process then eFile yourself from then on.
