As the thread title says - I enter my Eircode on your 1,000 Mb fibre in the home page.

I click he check button and it labours away for a while only to fail with an "Oops something went wrong, please try again"

At first I thought it might be related to the broadband outage yesterday but I'm fairly certain this ha happened before.

    Hi Spon Farmer,

    I'm sorry to hear this.

If you PM me your Eircode and full address I'll check this and clarify it.

    Thanks

    Tracey
