tech help urgently needed please

    since the last set of modifications given here, I am getting only partial access. I cannot use emoticons, or edit posts. When I try to open pages, more often then not the low power page comes on, ie with the blue headers etc.. Takes me several reload attempts to get to where I seek..

    It is not my computer as this only happens with boards. not with other large forums or youtube

    Please help. Thank you

    What browser are you using?

    If only one browser, can you try it incognito/private session?
