Hi I'm after getting into bread making , sourdough breads mainly .

The kneading is tough work . I'm lazy enough to spend a bit of cash on a bread mixer or a "stand mixer" I think they go by .

Has anyone here got one that they can recommend ?

    Thanks

I love my Kenwood Chef. My mother got one when she was first married and my brother now uses it, so when I wanted my own there was really only one choice.

    +1 for Kenwood Chef.

You can also make sourdough/yeast breads without kneading them. Look up Jim Lahey's no knead bread recipe or Riotrye Bakery YouTube videos.

I have a Kenwood Chef too and love it.
