Husqvarna 435 chainsaw

    Have 435 husqvarna chainsaw, bought new early 2017, as of late it is hard start but when warmed up okay, the gareentee is out, noticed this when it was six months old very slight but now it is nearly always, just don't like it after buying it new, any ideas, thanks in advance,

    Sounds like the carburetor needs cleaned....

    Does it have a choke? If so, it might be faulty.

    Also check sparkplug.

    Not model specific but I always drain the fuel from the tank and run it dry if I know I'm not going to be using it for a while. If you are only an occasional user maybe it might be worth using Aspen fuel or similar. It's more expensive for sure but doesn't gum up the carb like petrol. (afaik)
