    Back again with more questions :o

    I need some help with carwings, nissanconnect, youplus.nissan
    I am trying to set this up on my recently purchased Leaf
    I created an account on ie.nissanconnect.eu and it accepted my VIN and i also created an account on youplus.nissan.ie and it accepted my reg.

    But when i log into the NissanConnect app (apple) all i get is facebook, Eurosport ect apps but nothing about monitoring charge,car location or remote climate ect

    Seen an app called NissanConnect EV but it wont let me log in using log in info from ether web site (tried with and without the @email.com)

    Also tried EVA with similar results.

    I haven't logged in via the car yet as i understand this can be problematic on a used Leaf.
    Do i have to login from the car before NissanConnect EV/EVA will let me log into the app? What page do i ask for help getting the car removed from the previous owner. Would customer.service@nissan.ie be the email to use ?

    I had the same issue when I bought mine, still cannot use it as when I write my credentials in the car it connects but says "No Service", not sure if anyone can advise on this error

    Ok, I think I found the issue in an old thread, https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=107002899 thanks Zenith74:

    "In addition to this, if the car logo is grey with a line through it or what appears to be an axe, this means you will need to contact your local dealer and have your TCU head unit reset."

    Thanks,i got a reply from evuk@nissan-services.eu asking for the V5C so i have sent them my VLC. Hopefully that will do so the previous owner can be removed as that's whats stopping me i think.
