Mirror Demister pad wiring

We have 30w mirror demister pads behind two bathroom mirrors. I fitted standard lights over the mirrors in May this year. I connected the single wire from the demister pad to brown\life thinking that it would be turned on with the light switch.

Only this week have I released that the demister pads have been on full-time since then :o

How should I rewire the demister wire so it runs with the mirror light being turned on?
