    Hi,

The DJEI asked more information regarding my support letter, I replied 10 days ago but they did not return to me. I sent another email but no luck so far.
I am asking that because my stamp 1 will expire in a few days, so I am kind of lost.
Do they reply those emails when we send back more information, is there a way to check the process?

I would drop into their office and explain the situation. Nothing beats a face to face meeting.

    Thanks,
My understanding is that since they moved to another office we are not allowed to go there anymore to ask information. Is my understanding wrong?

I feel like you're in an emergency situation.

So let's say you go to their office and they tell you to go away.

And in two weeks or whatever you're brought in front of them and they're saying your stamp 1 expired and you didn't do enough to resolve the situation.

You can say you you contacted them twice (by letter and e-mail?) and also went to their office.

So worst case scenario you have done everything you can, and this situation is definitely not your fault.

That's how I do things anyway...
