Moving to Stamp 4 while on Stamp 1

    Hi,

    I am on my 2nd critical skills work permit.
    So, I am completing my 2nd year now, I requested the Stamp 4 support letter, but it seems that I will not get it before my stamp 1 expires. This means that I will renew my Stamp 1 for another year (as I am on the 2nd work permit). When I receive the letter, can I go and move from a still valid Stamp 1 to a Stamp 4?

    Regardless of the dates on your permit have you actually been working in your current employment for 21 months?
