Hey, first time posting here, sorry if its not in the appropriate forum!

I am looking at buying an iPad (2018) mode. Currently in all shops they're €369. However browsing adverts.ie I see a user selling a lot of sealed iPads for €300 for the same model. He doesn't provide receipts but says the warranty will activate when registered with Apple. He seems legit and has over 300 positive reviews on Adverts (only 1 negative).
My question is this... where would he possibly be getting these iPads from and would they be legit? I've seen a few different sellers do things like this (e.g. a different seller selling Xboxes) and they seem legit but where do they get stock and how do they manage to undersell the major retailers?

Anyways, sorry for the long and rambling post! Any advice is greatly appreciated!
