Trees on map, not in reality. Any consequences?

    Hi all again,

Following up on my other thread, I know of a plot of land being sold. Some trees and some grassland.

One of the fields that has trees marked on it, at least on the land registry map, is not, and never was, fully planted. Overall area was about 4 acres but the planted part is about 2.5 with 1.5 of good grass.

Could a potential buyer be forced to plant the extra 1.5 acres because of what is on the map? Existing trees are there a long time. say 15 years.
