Relitively new here so hope this is the right forum.

I think i just had my 1st panick attack. I was out drinking lastnight and had a bit too much.

I was lying on my bed today, worying about what happened the previous night (I ended up walking home with an absolute total stranger) when all of a sudden i started breathing really heavily and rapidly.

What do i do? Just rest and hope it doesnt happen again?

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) will help in the long term.

    Hi OP

In general we do not allow medical diagnoses in PI, for obvious reasons.

That could have been a panic attack, or it could be a physical symptom of a medical issue. The only way to determine that is by visiting your GP, which I would encourage you to do if you are concerned about it and do not know what it was.

For the above reasons I'm afraid I have to close the thread.

Best of luck and feel better soon.
