    hi folks, hopefully someone out there can help me.

    I recently requested some old news footage from RTE which featured my deceased father.

    Fair play to them theyve provided me a link to get the footage but it seems complicated and im having no luck downloading it.

    They told me to download Filezilla and gave me a code to access the FTP folder, however on downloading Filezilla, i got a message saying please enter the address and port of the Filezilla server installation you want to administrate.

    Ive no clue what to do here.


    All RTE said was i needed Filezilla in order to download the footage, then gave me a link to download the footage along with a host, username and password.
