I asked this question in accountancy but im told i would be better asking in this forum.

I am a paye worker and i get paid some private consultancy income.
Can someone tell me what form i need to fill out for this?
Is it worth getting an accountant for this or straight forward enough?

If your taxable profit is under 5k yearly it's a form 12 you file online using My Account. Just ensure any expenses you are recording against the gross income is allowable. Alos make sure the expenses are allowable in their entirety.

    Form 11 if over 5k.
