    Hi,

    Just wondering what is the current time it takes to hear back from your underwriters regarding full mortgage approval? Thanks

    Our Underwriting team are aware of this and we will make every effort to get back to you as quickly as we can.

    We can't give a definite timeframes as applications are assessed on an individual basis.

    Me also. Have a relation that is waiting 2 weeks after final call and text saying all docs received (absolutely simple application with no potential issues)

    Amazing in 2019 that application takes this long, and is somewhat Aer Credit card like in its inefficiency as regards decision times. Are other banks this slow anyone?
