Anyone any views on Marlfield Kiltipper?

I looked at a flat there last week to buy. Not sure about the area. I've lived in city center Dublin 10 years but getting moved out by landlord for renovations.

But this area is in my price range to buy.

I saw a few lads and teenagers knocking about yelling...but probably be same for any estate...

My best friend bought there about four years ago. It's 90% grand. A little saltier than some areas, less so than others. She's had a couple of tests of her windows & doors at night. Overall, it's pretty settled. The kids on her road organised a cake sale recently so they could buy a basketball hoop for the road and called door to door with hand-written "leaflets" advertising it. So, quite and old-school community feel about the place.
