    I took a few days off betting, I got my ass kicked well and truely with a decent bet getting pulled up.

    Today is my first day back since then betting.

    I've only had one play today in the 7.45 @ Newcastle I've been backing Zamjar at 4.5 to 4.1'ish and also been backing it for a place.

    In the same race I've been laying outrage 4.1/4.6'ish

    First bet back since a disaster, I could really do with outrage getting beat and Zamjar getting a place at least for a bit of profit.

    Hope the regulars have been doing reasonably well.
