Paralysed by choice

In the market for a new laptop and been browsing through PC world/argos etc. to find one.

Having trouble as there's just so many options, so Hoping someone here can give a good recommendation.

I'm looking for:

• Full HD (It's primarily gonna be a netflix/youtube machine).
  
• No bigger than 14".
  
• SSD - I don't need more than 512GB storage, so a 1TB HDD would go to waste.
  
• At most €700. I really can't go above this price.
  
• Available in Ireland. Not necessarily to purchase, but I would like to see it in person before buying.

Pretty much all I've got in mind. If there are any 2-in-1 laptops that fit this criteria, I'd like to take a look at them!

the ssd size is small in pretty much all of them. that's par for the course. even 256gb is not yet common in under 700 euro laptops.

you could always upgrade later - you can get a 256gb ssd for 50 euro on amazon.

a fair few have only 4gb ram. I'd go for 8gb

this one maybe for 699 as it has 8gb ram and an core i5 chip. light enough at 1.5kg

I think that it has an extra m.2 sata slot where you can put in an m.2 sata ssd stick (looks like a ram stick) in addition to the drive already in there so that is an easier upgrade option than swapping out the one that it comes with.

the lenovo looks like a good option but it doesn't have an m.2 port internally to add another ssd. so you'd have to make do with that size or replace it.

you'll probably have about 80gb to 90gb free after windows. maybe get used to not storing too much media on it and use a usb hd for storage of stuff that you wouldn't need all the time.

good price tho for what it is.
