Cannot backup to Kies3?

    Hi,

    I was able to connect my Samsung Galaxy S6 plus to my PC and backup to Kies - phone logs, contacts, settings etc.

    Now Kies sends me to Smart Switch which only backs up to another new phone.

    I want to backup my phone in the event it is lost.

    What are my options?! Kies seems to be not an option any more!
