help sourcing a bathroom blind

I've seen a blind on TV that I'd like to find out more about but can't find a supplier. It is a Venetian type blind that only covers part of the window. It's a bathroom window with transparent glass & only the lower half of it needs to be covered by the blind. Any ideas as to where I'd find it?

Just buy a Venetian half the height of the window.What sort of width is the window as you may need a bracket in the middle to support it.
