240v Electrical cement mixer.

I have a 10 year old mixer. it has worked well (light use) till now. It now struggles to turn when loaded which it never did before . it turns happily when empty . It feels the same as always when i turn the drum when its off and unloaded. this makes me think that the problem is with the motor. if it was a electrical power…

It feels the same as always when i turn the drum when its off and unloaded. this makes me think that the problem is with the motor. if it was a electrical power tool i would suspect that the brushes were worn out. Could this be likely and could i take the motor and get the brushes repaired / replaced .

Can anybody suggest a Dublin firm.
