F1 tv options in 2019?

Switched our phone and broadband to eir today to get the free sports and cancel sky sports, only to find out that sky has the exclusive rights from next season! Anyone know what the options are going to be to watch? Will there be replays/decent highlights available or am I going to have to crawl back to sky? I’ve followed f1 religiously since 1999 but it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be, and I’m not actually sure if I’m willing to continue to pay for it.

If you need to see everything live, Sky will be your only "legal" path. Channel 4 will have highlights on every race and live coverage of the British weekend. Sky will block F1TV from showing live coverage in Ireland until 2022.

    This too shall pass.

Great. I’ll make do with channel 4 for the first race and see what the highlights are like before deciding. I’ll probably be able to do a deal on the hd pack with sky to get just the f1 channel anyway.
